CURRICULUM
IQRS has developed its curriculum, the RUAK Education System. The education system is oriented towards the acquisition of learning outcomes, with a ratio of 30% theoretical and 70% practical learning. For IQRS, education is how teachers disseminate the veracity of scientific theories, whether derived through scientific methods or experiential learning.
The RUAK Education System is an educational framework that prioritises the future of children. All tools and materials employed in the teaching and learning process are designed to facilitate future-oriented learning. IQRS believes that children are capable of navigating the future when they are adequately prepared in childhood. IQRS aims to cultivate a generation of individuals who can act as agents of change and contribute to the advancement of the nation and state through their work.

RUAK Education System build its own curriculum based on the needs of society in Timor Leste. As it is shown in the SDP of Timor Leste, the curriculum is still inadequate to deal with the development needs of Timor Leste. Consequently, the RUAK Education System develops learning techniques in accordance with the findings of the ongoing learning process. The curriculum developed by IQRS is designed to facilitate continued learning, enabling children to discover new knowledge and attain comprehensive understanding.
